Payment is due on the day of your visit. We accept cash, check, Visa , and Mastercard. The patient is responsible for submitting to his/her insurance. Your visit in considered "Medical Nutrition Therapy." Although a prescription is not necessary to schedule your appointment, with a physician's prescription your visit may be partially covered. We are considered an "out of network" provider by many medical insurances. Although Medicare does not cover one-on-one medical nutrition therapy, most secondary insurances will pick up a portion of your charges.
